Originally part of Trasys S.A (today NRB Group), current CapFields heads undertook a Management Buy Out in 2005; establishing CapFields as an independent company in 2008. In 2012 the governance of CapFields was expanded to four members as Hassan Fadel and Bernard Cordeau brought their considerable expertise to the company, allowing CapFields to further its mission to deliver 'Best of Breed' services to its clients.
CapFields is a socially responsible company. We make sustainable development a part of our corporate strategy.
As such we are audited every 3 years for the constant efforts we deliver to improve our Governance, Social & Environmental impacts. CapFields supports the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption which are also part of our Enterprise Socially Responsible strategy where practical actions are been set to implement such governance principles.
